OGTR Cost Recovery Implementation Statement
Overview
The Gene Technology Regulator has prepared a draft Cost Recovery Implementation Statement (CRIS) to ensure transparency and accountability for the level of charging and to demonstrate that the purpose for charging is being achieved. The draft CRIS and supporting documents outline cost recovery activities, how fees and charges are calculated, timelines and how stakeholders can provide their feedback. The draft CRIS and other relevant documents can be viewed in the related attachments below.
We value stakeholder feedback and encourage interested parties to provide their views. The insights gathered through this consultation will help inform program and implementation considerations.
Note: No personally identifying information will be released as part of your submission. Deidentified submission summaries will be included in the finalised CRIS. Your personal information is protected by law, including the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. More information about OGTR’s privacy policy can be found on our website.
