These data are the best available information relating to the primary health care services delivered to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians by IAHP funded providers. They comprise an invaluable resource for health services and policy makers and are a strategic data asset of national significance. The draft OSR and NKPI for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care Data Framework sets out how this data may be accessed and utilised.
The purpose of this consultation is to seek stakeholder and community feedback on the draft OSR and NKPI for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care Data Framework. The diverse perspectives, experience and knowledge of all stakeholders and interested members of the community are valued and will contribute to the final framework document.
At the conclusion of this consultation feedback and submissions will be used to create the final draft which will then be considered by the Health Services Data Advisory Group for endorsement.
