Closes 4 Jun 2024

Sharing, using and storing your information

The Department has engaged Healthcare Management Advisors (HMA), in collaboration with the National Ageing Research Institute (NARI), to undertake research on incontinence in Australia and conduct an independent evaluation of Government funded continence initiatives, including the National Continence Program. The Department will provide your survey answers to HMA to inform this important work.

The Department will manage the online survey via Citizen Space and will download the survey responses into a secure system. The Department will share the survey responses with HMA via secure online portal to be stored on their secure servers.

You will be asked, in the question below, if you consent to your survey answers being used for this project. The answers you have provided in this survey will not be made publicly available or used for another purpose.
