Section 1 | The Learning Journey

This section will ask you about how well the current training pathways support learners to develop the knowledge and skills needed for their roles, and where improvements could be made.

1. Learners currently have 20 weeks to complete assessor induction training. The same timeframe applies to Team Leaders and Workplace Trainers. How appropriate is this timeframe?

2. Learner assessors currently have six weeks to complete Goals 1, 2 and 3 and Appraisal Activity 2. How appropriate is this timeframe?

3. Currently learners need to complete Goal 1,2 and 3 only before completing AA2. However, we know that many learners complete all their online learning (goal 1-6 plus release) prior to completing AA2. To what extent do you agree that all online learning should be completed prior to completing appraisals AA2 and AA3?
