The right to risk of living, sometimes clients are put under pressure from medical professionals/family to move into residential care when they are a high falls risk, decline in balance and mobility, or carer stress and they unwillingly comply and go into residential care from this pressure. So the right to have the dignity of risk would be something I would like to see be included in this charter.

19. How else could consumers be made aware of their rights under a single Charter?
Ways of raising consumer awareness
the charter could be included on Service Providers website, on display at doctors clinics, on display at community centres and senior citizen's centres, community radio, local print media
20. Do you have any other comments?
Additional comments
I like the charter easy simple wording and covers what is needed, accept does not include the right to risk of living.
