as a person that has only become a user of My Aged Care very recently and no need to complain, I don't feel I'm familiar enough with the complaints processes to provide a usefull commentary.

Additional comments
as a person that has only become a user of My Aged Care very recently, I can say my experience so far has been positive. I was referred to MyAgedCare through the St George Hospital Community Nursing Department, after requiring their assistance. My initial contact with My Aged Care, via phone and my personal interview with an assessor, has been extremely positive and helpful.
