Overview

The Department is in the process of enhancing the Health Products Portal (HPP) to support Prostheses List applications.

As part of the Public Beta phase of testing, medical device organisations can complete a mock Prostheses List application for a new or amended listing on part A or C of the Prostheses List, via the HPP.

Why your views matter

This survey has been designed to capture your experience on lodging a mock Protheses List Application form for Parts A and C within the HPP.

You can provide feedback by either completing this survey, or attending one of our online feedback sessions on the 31st March and the 3rd & 5th April 2023. Further details on how to regsiter for our online feedback sessions are provided below. 

Your feedback is valued, and will be utlised to infrom the next steps of building Prostheses List application forms within the HPP. 

What happens next

Survey responses will be captured, and feedback sessions will be held both online to capture feedback on your user experience and functionality in the HPP, to facilitate the development of follow-on actions.  

These follow-on actions will include prioritising feedback, enhancements, the remediation of defects, and making updates to training and support materials.

    Introductory sessions will be facilitated via Webex on the 6th and 8th of March 2023 and will address how you can get started within the Beta environment to complete testing.
