Hearing Services Program Simplification Survey - 2025

In 2024, we conducted consultations with Hearing Services Program stakeholders on proposed changes to the program including simplification of the Schedule of Service Items and Fees. 

Earlier this year, the Government approved the simplification of the service items. 

The goal of these changes is to:

• Reduce complexity
• Make it easier for providers and their staff to understand available items
• Minimise incorrect claiming

This survey contains 23 questions and will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete.
