You can provide your feedback by answering this survey, or you can email your comments to AutismRoadmapConsultation@health.gov.au 

Who is conducting the survey?

This survey is being conducted by the Department of Health and Aged Care. The Department takes your privacy seriously and will keep your responses confidential.

Your participation in this survey is voluntary. You can stop responding at any point, even if you haven’t completed the survey. Once you have hit ‘submit’ your responses will be sent to us without identifying you.

How long will the survey take?

The survey will take approximately 30 minutes to complete, depending on how much you write.

What is in the survey?

This survey contains 4 sections covering:

  • Guiding Principles
  • Outcomes and Actions
  • Other opportunities or gaps
  • About you

The survey includes some questions that ask you to rate items on a scale and other questions that ask you to write about your views and suggestions.

Do I have to answer all of the questions?

If you do not want to answer a question, you do not have to.

Can I come back to the survey at a later time?

Yes, by clicking ‘save’ at the bottom of the survey page, you can continue later.

How will responses be used?

Answers to this survey will be considered along with other community feedback. 

A summary of the findings from this consultation will be publicly released and may include de-identified responses from submissions.

No personal or identifying information, such as your name or contact details, will be made public.
