PDSN Portal Feedback Survey

Overview

Thank you for using the new Price Disclosure and Stockholding Notification (PDSN) Portal (the Portal). As the Portal has now been live since 9 April 2025, we’d appreciate your feedback to help us assess the benefit the Portal provides users in submitting, updating and managing likely or actual breach notifications under the PBS Minimum Stockholding Requirements (MSR). Your feedback will be incorporated into the 24-month review of the MSR. 

The following questions ask you to rate your satisfaction with various aspects of the Portal. You'll then have an opportunity to provide more detailed feedback, and any suggestions you may have for future enhancements or new features.
