Overview

Submit your response to the Interim Report

The Panel for the Review of Pharmacy Remuneration and Regulation welcomes feedback on the reform options presented in its Interim Report.

The issues contained in the Interim Report are complex, with the potential to impact significantly on community pharmacy. For this reason, the Panel invites you to provide any feedback on the proposed options and new information that may warrant consideration as the Panel deliberates on its Final Report.

It is necessary that evidence is provided to support all considerations and claims made to the Review. Additional information of this nature should add to the significant body of evidence already utilised by the Panel and not repeat previous submissions.

How to make a submission to the Review

Interested parties are invited to make a submission in relation to the reform options outlined in the Interim Report by either:

  1. Uploading a written submission to the Review, or
  2. Providing a short response to one or more of the reform options through the online questionnaire

In maintaining the transparency of the review process, all submissions made to the Review will be treated as public and published on the Review website following the closing date for submissions (23 July 2017).

Authors of submissions who would like part of their submission to remain in confidence should provide justification for this at the time of submission. Should the Panel not agree with an author’s request for confidentiality, the author will be given the option to withdraw their submission without public disclosure.

The Department will use any information collected in accordance with the Australian Privacy Policy.

Submissions close at 11:59pm Sunday, 23 July 2017

Late submissions will not be accepted without the prior agreement of the Review Secretariat.

Visit the Review website to subscribe to announcements and to keep up to date with important messages from the Review.
