PHLN COVID-19 Lessons Learned Survey

Overview

This survey provides Public Health Laboratory Network (PHLN) members with an opportunity to provide feedback on their experience of the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of this survey will be discussed at the PHLN meeting of 22 November 2021, and will be used to inform the development of the National Public Health Laboratory Strategy. 

Feedback provided as part of this survey will only be used for the purpose of PHLN discussions and will not be communicated further without expressed permission.

Note, the findings of this survey will be communicated as aggregate data and not personal feedback.
