The Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Ageing (the Department) and the Australian Digital Health Agency (the Agency) is seeking to understand stakeholder’s views on the proposal to require online prescribing services to share prescribed and dispensed medicines information to My Health Record as part of routine care.
Your personal information is protected by law, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act) and the Australian Privacy Principles. The Department and the Agency will handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act and their respective privacy policies.
