Feedback on implementing MPS Direct Care Targets

Overview

The purpose of this survey in Phase 1 is to better understand how MPS currently approach and manage care targets. The information provided will be used to guide further discussions with MPS sites to ensure that the trial considers existing systems and to guide future amendments or iterations in further phases of the direct care target trial.
