Your personal information is protected by law, including the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Your personal information is being collected by the Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Ageing (the department) for the primary purpose of seeking input to the Medical Research Future Fund's Research Missions program Evaluation.
Provision of personal information is optional. Where respondents choose to provide personal information, the personal information being collected is limited to name, email address and organisation name.
If you do not or are unable to provide your personal information to the department there will be no impact on your input to the Medical Research Future Fund's Research Missions program Evaluation.
The department may publish de-identified quotes or extracts of submissions.
