Updated draft program logic

The updated draft program logic articulates how the DAP contributes to the long-term outcome of reducing prevalence of harmful alcohol and other drug (AOD) use through its activities across prevention, early intervention, treatment, recovery and management, and system enablers.  

The updated draft program logic outlines the DAP’s inputs, activities, outputs and outcomes in total, designed to reflect its diverse service offering. 

The updated draft program logic following receipt of feedback in Stage 1 can be found on page 13 (updated draft program logic and KPIs).  

This program logic excludes the Primary Health Networks, who will continue to utilise the overarching Primary Health Network program logic that can be found here: Primary Health Networks (PHN) Program logic.
