National Personal Care Worker Qualifications and Training Survey

We want to hear from personal care workers about their qualification and training experiences in the aged care sector.

Why your views matter

Feedback received will help shape the future of skills and training for the personal care workforce. It will also help build on findings from the recent public consultation on a national registration scheme to support personal care workers employed in aged care.

The survey includes questions on: 

• demographics and employment 

• qualification levels and training experiences  

• career pathways 

• professional development and registration   

• training barriers and support needs.

We encourage all personal care workers to have their say by 17 July. The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete and responses are confidential and anonymous.
