Aged Care Sector Support and Development survey

Overview

We’re seeking input from in-home aged care providers and aged care peak bodies on the design of the Sector Support and Development (SSD) program.

Your feedback will inform the advice we provide to the government about how sector support and development might work from 2026 onwards.

Your feedback will help us understand the challenges you face as a provider and areas where targeted support would be of benefit to you.

The intent of sector support and development is to assist in-home aged care providers and aged care peak bodies with:  

• capacity building tasks for the sector
• training, recruitment and retention of workforce and volunteers  

• improving funding structures and sponsorship arrangements for providers and aged care peak bodies.
