Your feedback will help us improve communication, engagement, training and support as you implement the changes to aged care.

This survey will ask questions about:

• your experience with recent reforms
• your preparedness for upcoming reforms
• your awareness of departmental aged care programs and initiatives
• targeted reforms of current interest
• our Local Network Engagement Officers
• demographics.
