The online survey has been created to enable organisations and individuals to provide feedback on the National Suicide Prevention Adviser’s initial advice provided to the Prime Minister in November 2019.

Your feedback will inform the ongoing advice of the National Suicide Prevention Adviser in providing the Prime Minister with person-centred and community-led solutions to reduce distress and assist individuals, families and friends along the continuum of suicidal behaviour.
