cocerns about the exaggeration about what service providers say they will do/provide and what actually happens. Strict checks need to be put in place. The quality of food is very poor and the elderly need fresh vegatables and proteins in their diet. This also needs to be strictly monitored so that the profit making suppliers are not being stingy. The health of the elderly needs to be paramount to the desions made re the menu. More care in making sure that the client is fully orienated so that they feel that they can partake in activities and not left in their rooms to become lonely. Having pet days or music activities etc. Mental health should also be considered in looking at how the centre is run.
