The language used is far too onerous to understand. They should be written in plain simple English . I am a tertiary educated UK born person but had immense difficulty in deciphering what was required. I feel quite strongly about this. I have no complaints about what you wish to achieve

As I have stated above the wording is frequently unintelligible. Say what you mean BUT IN PLAIN ENGLISH !! Apologies for being so outspoken but I really believe this should be a priority. You could reduce the paperwork by 70%
