Additional comments
The Tier 6 & 7 levels of severe mental health were mostly associated with poor diagnosis on CALD clients. We need more multilingual clinicians for people with Mental Health when carrying out assessments Greater architecture. The significant refurbishment grants were open for Oakden and could have been used for improving the environment. I think Alzheimer's Association training would also have helped cost very little to go to Charity Shops and buy some nice pictures to make the place look homelike. Maintenance is everyone's responsibility. Just having the Aged Care Channel or attending Award ceremonies would have helped those staff see what is happening in other areas. The SA government set out to reduce the staffing levels then the staff were blamed when it all went wrong. This is happening all over the world London America and we all sit back and let it happen and this is the consequences.
